商品コンセプト:3年~5年の活ほやを旬時期限定で水揚げし清酒で蒸しあげてます。水揚げから数時間で蒸しあげるので臭み、苦味等はありません。また殻付き肉厚ほやのみで加工しますので美味しさが逃げず素材本来の美味しさです。原料が限定されますので来年の水揚げ前に品切れする場合もあります。
Product concept: 3- to 5-year-old live hotaya are landed in season only and steamed in sake. Steamed within a few hours of being landed, so there is no odour or bitterness. Also, only thick-shelled hoya are processed, so the original taste of the ingredients is preserved. The raw materials are limited, so the product may be out of stock before next year's catch.
解凍後そのままお召し上がりいただけます。おつまみ、おやつ、殻をとり天婦羅等
