商品コンセプト:解凍後そのままお召し上がりいただけます。三陸近海で漁獲された活モスソ貝をボイル処理し剝き身にしてます。鮮度劣化が非常に速く扱いが難しい貝です。解凍後そのままでも美味しくお召し上がりいただけますがオリーブオイルとの相性が良くアヒージョにお勧めです。その他カクテルサラダ、おでん、煮つけ等多用途にお使いいただけます。

They are difficult to handle as their freshness deteriorates very quickly. They can be enjoyed as they are after defrosting, but they go well with olive oil and are recommended for ahi jio.
